It was still a loss so I am happy with it. I know that I did all that I could under my control and the rest it up to how my body works it's magic so I'm sure I will see a bigger loss for next week. I stuck to my daily calories of 1200 and enjoyed one cheat day to help mess with my metabolism so it doesn't get use to the same thing day in and day out and just adjust down to that level and it gives me a mental break as well. So far the cravings really haven't been bad at all but I do know it won't always be this easy so I'm just enjoying it for now. I am able to more comfortably fit into my size 6 jeans now so that is good (had to buy a size 8 to wear for awhile since the 6s were a little too tight). It's amazing what a difference even 5 lbs(or close to it) can make!

Back by popular demand, I am starting up my blog again. I have taken a long break from my weight loss and during that have backslided by about 21 lbs! I am ready to get back into it and lose all that and more. I recently turned 30 so I have made a few goals for this upcoming year. I would like to lose 30 lbs (or maybe more we'll see how it goes). That is my first goal and I'm giving myself until mid May to complete that. Then it will be time to train for my first marathon. This is a very scary goal but I'm just gonna do it! My last goal may or may not get checked off my list due some outside circumstances ;) so we'll see.
This week went great. It wasn't hard at all to limit myself to 1200 calories. Well I did have some cheat days in there but those are built in with my plan. Since it was my birthday week I had 2 days of cheating where normally I will just have one day of cheating. I was so psyched to see a big loss for my first week. It will definitely keep me motivated to push on. I am trying to get in atleast 2 hours of exercise everyday and sometimes 3 when I can. Here is to a new, lighter me who will hopefully be able to run faster at my new weight ;)
