Loss for the week: 2.8 lbs.
Original weight: 208.4
Last weeks weight: 147.6
Current weight: 144.8
Total loss to date: 63.6Well I'm excited to say the least! I'm very happy with my loss and hope the weight keeps coming off as well as it has been. I have been struggling with some cravings the last few days and I think I can blame hormones for that. I did go all out and eat a whole bunch of Hershey's kisses yesterday (30 I think) but then I made sure I got on the bike and worked all those calories off to make up for it. Christmas season is in full swing now with various events coming up like cookie exchange parties, Christmas parties, etc. so I'm going to have to fit in lots of extra workouts here and there so that I can allow myself a little wiggle room for those. I will still try to maintain some self control and not go all out. I'm getting so close to my goal and I don't have much longer. It's a great feeling to be able to look back at where I've been and then look ahead to where I'm going and be soo much closer to the end than the beginning. I still feel so strong in my willpower and I know that I can do it. It is within my reach! Here's to another good week and hope I can pull out another 2 lb. or more loss (although hormones, etc. could be messing with me again next week so we'll see).
My workouts for the past week:
Tues- 30 min. bike, 30 min. elliptical, 30 min. yoga
Wed.- 20 min. bike, 20 min. elliptical, 20 min. push up/sit up/ etc. 30 min. weights
Thurs. 20 min. bike, 20 min. elliptical, 30 min. yoga, 40 min. kickboxing class, 60 min. boot camp class
Fri.-20 min. bike, 20 min. elliptical, 20 min. push up/sit up/etc. 30 min. weights
Sat.-30 min. bike, 30 min. elliptical, 30 min. yoga, 45 min. zumba class, 20 min. run
Sun.- 60 min. walk, 30 min. bike, 30 min. elliptical
Mon.-20 min. bike, 20 min. elliptical, 20 min. push up/sit up/ etc. 30 min. weights
So about 13.5 hrs. of exercise for the week so my 2.8 lb. loss makes sense with as much exercise as I was getting in. When I set my mind on a goal I am determined!
great job!
