Just finished my workout for the day. Luckily the kids have been great and all went down for naps at the same time so I could get it in then. This is what I did today:

10 min. Elliptical
20 min. Denise Austin video (cardio)
10 min. Elliptical
20 min. Denise Austin video (strength training)

*I've been weighing myself every day(I just can't help it) and let me tell you I can't wait to post Monday's weigh in!!!
